Re: IMPORTANT! r2m (HALO) protocol members


Hello r2m Protocol (renamed to HALO Protocol) members. I was reminded by a member of our community and protocol, that while we may start the protocol with lot's of motivation...that can fade over time...especially if we forget our reasons for starting...

So I created a worksheet activity that utilizes some techniques I learned as a nutritional counselor. It's a simple one page sheet that will take you maybe 15 minutes to complete. Then put up somewhere visible to you daily.

I don't mean to be pushy...but you need to do this...Not for me, but for your success. Not just for this protocol, but for any diet, program, system or habit that you are integrating into your life to make positive lasting change...

Remembering your "why" throughout your health journey is key to your success...
