I have seen many people transform their health on the r2m / HALO protocol.

And I have presented the opportunity to others who have chosen not to do it...many whom may never reach their health goals.

I don't say this to fear monger or suggest you aren't capable of reaching your health goals...or even that this protocol is the only way to achieve those health goals...

But a lot of the people who've succeeded on the r2m / HALO protocol, have failed trying countless other diets and programs...

I've worked with clients who have stopped the glp-1s and rapidly regained the weight; on r2m we were able to slow that weight-regain and reverse it!

Most r2m members, have tried countless diets and ended up back at square 1...if any of them worked, then you wouldn't be on this newsletter seeking a solution...would you?

I know you can move towards your health goals on this protocol, because I've seen people in your same shoes, achieve the goals you're still sitting on the fence about...wondering if you can achieve them...
